Year-Long Consulting
$0 up front/fees based on success & size of practice— We are the only dental consulting group that focuses on the clinical side of your practice while implementing just a few tweaks to your office systems. Essentially, we will focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, information management, and coding. Once we have helped you identify the hidden dentistry in your practice and existing patient pool, we will then help you implement some very easy systems to ensure that dentistry does not fall through the cracks.
We have developed a proprietary evaluation system to give you a very accurate idea of the difference you can expect to see in your practice in the first 12 months. We establish a benchmark for success. If we do not hit that benchmark, you do not pay a penny. Our fee is a percentage of the amount that exceeds the established benchmark. We thus have skin in the game and are dedicated to your success.
The typical program includes an initial 2-3 day implementation visit in your office with Dr. Perry and a consultant. We will then have bi-monthly phone consultations with the dentist and key staff members to evaluate the follow-through and to see if we are on target with our planned improvement. Oftentimes, there will be a return trip to the office 6 months into the program to ensure everything is on track. This may or not be necessary, though often this visit is combined with one of Dr. Perry’s in-office mini-residency programs. See that section for more information on those.
Single Day In-Office Consulting
$5600 with payment plans available— After an initial assessment, Dr. Perry and his staff will put together the few points that we think will have the greatest immediate impact on your particular practice. In one day, you will see a significant jump in your production.We are confident that after seeing the jumps to your practice from a single day, you will want to join our full program... but rest assured, you will not be pressured to do so.
Mini-Residencies
$4200 with payment plans available — Each program includes 1 full day devoted directly to you. It is not limited to business hours. Dr. Perry loves to talk about dentistry and will spend the evening talking about the cases we see during the day. See the descriptions of each program.
TMJ Therapy: The single most under-taught discipline in dentistry. Let Dr. Perry help you incorporate occlusal examination, analysis and therapy into your practice to make your cases more predictable and profitable. You will be amazed how the prism through which you look at dentistry will dramatically change and you will see the need to incorporate occlusal therapy into almost every case you manage... and get people to pay for it.
Dental Implants: Implants are fast becoming one of the most successful, desired, and profitable procedures in dentistry. Dr. Perry has trained 100’s of graduate dentists to place and restore implants with predictability, beauty, and proper function. You no longer need to take time from your office to learn how to integrate this wonderful service into your practice.
Diagnosis, treatment planning and patient education tools: This is the key element of a successful practice. In this program we will review your new patient experience and review multiple diagnostic aids that will help you find hidden dentistry and help your staff understand the different options open to patients so they can help educate patients. The key to this program is scheduling new patients for examination during the 2 days so we can objectively examine the patients together and review the differences in our plans. We all have to leave our egos at the door and realize that we are trying to do what is best for the patient and inevitably, that is what is best for the practice.
